The Studio is the perfect place to get back into (or even start from scratch!) your health and fitness routine, without the pressure. Our vibe is support, structure, and zero judgment, with a 4-week programme that gives you everything you need to feel strong, capable, and ready to keep your momentum going!
We are an all-female gym, so lots of the girls who come to us have been coming for years - The Studio is their safe space, where they come to catch up with friends (or make new ones) train hard and vibe with their gym community.
Our training is fully centred around female physiology - it’s what we specialise in - so you can feel confident in getting results, prioritising the correct amount of training, as well as recovery, nutrition, sleep and mindset, all without hitting burnout.
This January, we’re elevating our group intake with an 8-week programme: meet Project Aligned. She’s designed to help you carve out the space you need to change and maintain new habits, as well as finally achieve that goal you’ve been chasing for years. We’re here to show you that is it actually possible and how to finally trust yourself.
Starting this programme will show you exactly how to make those goals real. We’ve already got your spot saved because we know you can feel what’s possible, that buzz of being so close to achieving what you want, and honing those skills not just for the next 8 weeks, but forever.
The Studio is a women’s only gym so you will be joining the gym for the first time with other likeminded women who also want to get fitter and stronger, find that healthy balanced lifestyle we all talk about, and go after their dreams. This is a truly unique programme that’s been crafted for women who may find it daunting to dream big, or think they can’t achieve things because they haven’t been taught how.

You'll be able to book multiple classes per week, all coached by expert trainers - The Studio is a supportive and tight-knit community so you can always ask questions and expect answers!

We'll have a discussion with you to ascertain the most suitable next step, based on your progress and how your goals might have shifted. We have a variety of memberships available, and the flexible booking system and classes you're used to by now won't change a bit!

Yes! Well no actually, we are a female only gym :)

Nope! Our trainers are experienced enough to teach you everything you need to start from the very beginning. In fact, most of our members have been with us from the very start of their journey and are still progressing years later!

We have a very flexible schedule because so many of our members are shift workers, teachers, parents, or business owners, so there's always something available. If you feel like you can't find the right class times just have a chat to one of our coaches.

Yes absolutely - classes are assigned for a full month, so you can chop and change your training to suit your schedule. We only ask that you don't leave it too late (12 hours) to cancel a class as that prevents someone else getting a space.

You should have an email with all the details, so if you can, get booked into our launch rally on the 16th October, because that’s when we’re kicking everything off together!
