
Our Classes.
Small Group PT
Our group PT sessions are the staple and backbone of the gym. We have a 3-day training plan the forms the foundation for these sessions, and you have the expertise of 5 coaches leading various sessions across the week. Each session is capped at 10 students, so whether you’re on Day 1, 2, or 3, you’ll receive personal guidance and coaching when you turn up for your workout.
50/50 Strength & Conditioning
Whether you’re training for an event or want to improve your run pace, these classes are must for optimising cardio and muscular endurance! They’re spicy sessions that last for 50 mins, focusing on strength for the first half and a chunky dose of conditioning to finish. Expect to sweat and feel the endorphin high as you move through some challenging circuits!
Mobility
Mobility is a dedicated class to improving your range of motion, flexibility, and bodyweight strength. You’ll be releasing tight hips and shoulders, building wrist strength, and enhancing other aspects of functional fitness that will carry over into your group sessions. Don’t be fooled by the name, this class can get unexpectedly burny…
