Our Classes.
Group PT
Our group PT sessions are the staple and backbone of the gym. All the sessions are programmed and designed to be flexible, whatever your schedule. Whether you are coming to the gym 5 times a week or you can only make 2 sessions, you have the expertise of 5 coaches and the knowledge that you’re still working towards results and your goals. Each session is capped at 12 students, so you’re always receiving personal guidance when you turn up for your workout.
50/50 Conditioning
Whether you’re training for an event or want to improve your run pace, these classes are must for optimising cardio and muscular endurance! They’re spicy sessions that last for 50 mins, focusing on strength for the first half and a chunky dose of conditioning to finish. Expect to sweat and feel the endorphin high as you move through some challenging circuits!
Mobility
Mobility is a dedicated class to improving your range of motion, flexibility, and bodyweight strength. You’ll be releasing tight hips and shoulders, building wrist strength, and enhancing other aspects of functional fitness that will carry over into your group sessions.
Don’t be fooled by the name, this class can get unexpectedly burny…
Barre
Barre is a ballet inspired workout that is high intensity but low impact. The aim of the classes is to promote strength, flexibility and alignment, which is a perfect complement to strength training. Classes take place both at the “Barre” and on the mat - you will come away feeling strong through your centre, more graceful, and possibly a little taller!
