Studio Memberships.

We encourage all our members to choose a membership that fits with their weekly schedule, and incorporates a mix of Group PT for structured programming as well as mobility classes for better range of motion and recovery!

Our Studio memberships come with a load of perks, including a very active Facebook community and extra bonus sessions like Barre classes and run club. We also include Monthly CBT sessions to help you align mental health with fitness goals, monthly check-ins focused on flexible, sustainable routines, and Quarterly Studio Games to showcase your strength, with fun social events like Tapas Night, an Outdoor Sauna & Swim, and the Summer Solstice Ball!

When choosing your membership please remember that it is a monthly agreement - if your circumstances change please inform us and we can adapt your membership, whether that’s upgrading or even downgrading.

  • Love these classes, both the 50/50 and the pure mobility. Have had some ongoing issues with my lower back/SI joint which I've tried various types of rehab/therapy for but have seen a big improvement since working on my mobility and have been able to up my weights at strength training, plus each class is like a mindfulness session as I'm so focused on my balance and coordination. 🤣 Definitely recommend giving them a go if you haven't already!
