How it works:
We’ll have a quick discovery call so we can find out about you, your goals, what you’d love to achieve and how we can possibly help you.
Book in for your first induction and we’ll set you up with your training plan.
We’ll put together your nutritional guidelines that can be adapted to suit you..
You’ll then be able to book in your training sessions for the 21 days at times that suit you, using our app.
You’ll have ongoing support and we’ll achieve more together in 21 days than you have in the last few months.
After 21 days together we’ll explore your best options and how we can continue to keep building on the incredible progress you’ve made!
Our 21-Day Challenge is exactly what it sounds like: it’s not a regular gym programme but a very personal programme, offering structured, in-person coaching and nutritional advice, where you get to join our community of women and trial all our classes over the course of 3 weeks.
We use these 3 weeks to get to know you as an individual and understand how we can help you navigate a healthier lifestyle and a gym routine into your already busy life. The idea is that at the end of these 21 days it all just fits into place for you. Our aim is to help women of Inverness achieve fat loss forever so they can finally finish dieting and build a body they feel confident in and live a life they’re in love with.
The Studio is a women’s only gym so you will be joining the gym for the first time with other likeminded women who also want to improve their routine, get fitter and stronger, and find that healthy balanced lifestyle we all talk about. It’s a unique programme that’s been crafted for women who may find it overwhelming to prioritise their own health and fitness. We are really passionate about helping you find a happy medium when it comes to exercise and making nutritional choices simple; showing you the life changing impact this can have on your health and overall happiness!

To fall in love with a new gym community and begin your final weight loss journey!
You'll be able to book multiple classes per week, all coached by expert trainers, and have nutritional guidance and check-ins alongside. The Studio is a supportive and tight-knit community so you can always ask questions and expect answers!

We'll have a discussion with you to ascertain the most suitable next step, based on your progress over the past 3 weeks and how your goals might have changed. We have a variety of memberships available, and the flexible booking system and classes you're used to by now won't change a bit!

Yes! Well no actually, we are a female only gym :)

Nope! Our trainers are experienced enough to teach you everything you need to start from the very beginning. In fact, most of our members have been with us from the very start of their journey and are still progressing years later!

We have a very flexible schedule because so many of our members are shift workers, teachers, parents, or business owners, so there's always something available. If you feel like you can't find the right class times just have a chat to one of our coaches.

Yes absolutely - classes are assigned onto your account for the full 21 days, so you can chop and change your training to suit your schedule. We only ask that you don't leave it too late (12 hours) to cancel a class as that prevents someone else getting a space.
